Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We will reach out on WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order and shipping details before dispatch.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and exclude shipping. Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives.
Handmade products
Every candle is hand-poured. Small variations in color, finish, scent strength and surface texture are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Safe burning
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
- Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn.
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
Liability
Vela Soft Flame is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow the safe-burning guidance above.
