Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship across Egypt via local courier services.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom and large orders may take longer — we'll confirm timing on WhatsApp.
Delivery time
- Cairo & Giza: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Other governorates: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated based on your area and confirmed before dispatch. Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the courier the order total plus shipping when your package arrives.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, we'll share the courier reference with you on WhatsApp so you can track your delivery.
Failed deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you on the agreed delivery date, please contact us so we can reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may incur an additional shipping fee.
